Championing Opportunity Beyond the Classroom

Why do we need your support?

Earls Court Free School Primary is in the top 6% of primary schools in the country, renowned for academic excellence and for creating the desire to succeed in all its pupils, no matter what their background.

We want children to develop the confidence that comes from possessing a store of essential knowledge and the skills to use it.

Generous support from ECFSP families enables us to offer funding for vital initiatives including:

  • Year 6 residential support for PPG pupils
  • Leavers’ Gifts
  • Trip subsidies
  • DT materials
  • Whole class music lessons from the Triborough Music Hub
  • Instruments
  • Table tennis tables and table football tables for the playground
  • Enhancing play areas
  • Water fountains
  • Workshops

The government’s decision to award an unfunded teacher pay rise for the year 2025-26 means that state schools across the country are struggling to make ends meet. Earls Court Free School Primary is no exception. If we are to continue the exceptional and rounded education that we are so proud to offer to your children at the ECFSP, we will need a significant increase in your donations this academic year.

Our goal for 2025-2026

Last year, ECFSP families contributed £8,235 during the year through monthly donations. This year, we aim to raise £15,000.

To do so, we need to grow the number of our families giving monthly.

The recommended donation we are asking for is £50 per month per child. However, we are aware that families have very different means and know that this figure will not be appropriate for all. Currently, some families give £5 per month, others give £200 per month. Every contribution makes a difference. What matters most is participation.

How Your Donations Will Be Used

The impact you can make to the school community with your donations is considerable.

If we reach our £15,000 target, your donations will help to:

  • Continue to enhance Music lesson with whole class instrumental lessons each year
  • Continue to enrich our curriculum with workshops, visits and resources
  • Develop outdoor areas to grow our green spaces, and enhance our play areas so that they can be used in all weathers.
